- Achieve and/or exceed the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budgets
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and business reports
- Forward orders for production according to sales forecast
- Draw up business strategy to boost sales
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Report sales and marketing information timely to Sales Director.
- Build up better relationship with existing customers and increase reliability
- Improve cash flow (review inventory & payment term)
- Business trips involved

- Fluent in Japanese
- More than 5 years experience in international sales and marketing
- Experience or good knowledge of camera and cosmetic accessories preferred.
- Very good spoken and written English (TOEIC score: > 750)
- PC skill: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Self starter and target driven person
